CrossFit
Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Combining components of Olympic / power lifting, gymnastics, running, jumping amongst many more create an overall Strength & Conditioning program. It is scalable to all fitness levels, and designed to build endurance, power, and overall fitness.
Olympic lifting
This class focuses on learning and refining the Olympic lifts – the snatch and clean & jerk. You’ll develop proper technique, strength, speed, and mobility through guided instruction, drills, and accessory work. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced lifters
HYROX
Endurance based- longer duration style workouts aiming to build aerobic capacity, endurance and speed while preparing you for HYROX competition or simply improving all-round fitness. Scalable for all levels.
Skills Workshop
Alternating movements on a weekly basis. These sessions designed to help members develop and refine specific CrossFit Skills in a smaller group environment. Each workshop will break down technique, drills, progressions and movement efficiency.
CFK Run club (Sundays 8am at CFK)
A social, coach-led running session designed to improve capacity, endurance, speed. Open to all paces and levels with varying routes or intervals. It’s a great way to stay motivated, and enjoy running as part of a community.
