CFK CHARITY ROW
Date: Saturday, October 4th From 10am
Details: 35km Charity Row split in teams! There’ll be 12 boats! Form groups with as many team members as you like and sign up at desk!
Donations will be to Mito Foundation ( mitochondrial disease)
Our target goal is $2500
Entry: Entry by donation ( you choose the amount) Spectators are still welcome to donate.

The why?
Mel + Nick Heldoorn + Cass + Amy + Aarrynn + Morgan will be participating in the 35km Bloody long walk on October 19th.

This year will be Mel + Nick’s 10 year anniversary completing the course hoping to raise money + awareness as Mel’s mother in Law Wanda has been living with the disease for more than 20 years.

On the back of our successful 'Bae for a day' CrossFit comp where we hosted over 200 athletes we’re heading to our sister gym CrossFit Phillip Island for round 2!

Feel free to come down support the event with beachy + chill vibes and an epic after-party!

If you're heading down supporting our registered athletes or just want to be a part of the atmosphere we're currently looking for volunteers to help out judging at the event!
