7 X Burpee box jump overs 24/20inch
7 X Thrusters 43/29kg

2 ) 7 minutes alternating in teams
50m sled push

CFK Compsquad
1 ) Back squat to 1RM

2 ) 6 rounds every 2 minutes..
5 X Hang power clean + 3 X front squat + 1 X Jerk
Then hit 3 X Power clean + jerk 90-95%
