Conditioning
1) 7 mins get as far as possible..
3 x Pull ups
3 x Burpees to 6inch target
*Ascend 3 reps per round
Rx’d: Chest to bar pull ups
Intermediate: Pull ups
Beginner: Jumping pull ups

2) Choice of eiher:
3 x Shuttle suicide sprints or Sled runs
