2) 10 Minutes get as far as possible..
60 x Thrusters 30/20kg
30 x Burpee Box Jumps 24/20inch
75 x Kettlebell swings 24/16kg

Intermediate / Beginner
60 x Thrusters 20/15kg
30 x Burpee Box Jumps 24/20inch
75 x Kettlebell swings (scale weight appropriately)
