2) For time:
10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 reps:
Dumbbell Hang Squat cleans 20/15kg
*20 x Double Unders between rounds

Intermediate:
10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 reps:
Dumbbell Hang Squat cleans 15/10kg
*20 x Double Unders between rounds

Beginner:
10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2  reps:
Dumbbell Hang Squat cleans/ Medicine ball cleans (scale weight appropriately)
*40 x Single skips between rounds
