10 x Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
10 x Wall ball shots 20/14lbs

Intermediate/ Beginners
EMOM for 10 mins (pick a rep scheme you can comfortably make with intensity)
4-8 Kettlebell swings ( Scale weight appropriately)
4-8 Wall ball shots (Scale weight appropriately)

3) Rest precisely 2 mins after WOD then..
5 mins Max reps Burpee Bar Muscle ups or Burpee Pull ups
