3 x Hang Power Clean 60/35kg
3 x Bar-facing Burpee
3 x Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
*Ascend 3 reps each per round
Optional Extra Accessory Training:
1) Close-Grip Bench Press to 3rm
2) Every Min on the Min for 12 mins..
3 - 7 x Strict Pull Ups
3) 10 sets.. Every 2 minutes complete:
