1) Deadlift to 5RM
*Add 2.5 - 5kg From previous week

2) 7 Minutes get as far as possible..
Option A:
3 x Deadlifts 102/70kg
3 x Handstand Push ups
*Ascend 3 reps per round

Option B:
3 x Deadlifts 70/45kg
3 x Hand release push ups
*Ascend 3 reps per round

3) 2KM Row*
*Hold 5 seconds below 500m Split time from 2km Row Time trial. Rest 30
seconds prior to continuing if above

Extra Work:
1) Every Min on the Min for 12 mins..
3-7 x Strict Pull Ups
