50 x Chest to bar pull ups
100 x Wall ball shots 20/14lbs

50 x Pull Ups
100 x Wall ball shots

5 rounds for time:
10 x Ring rows / jumping pull ups
15 x Wall ball shots ( scale weight appropriately)
